Prof Dr Anand Swaroop
Founder and Director
Dr Anand Swaroop is a renowned orthopedic surgeon in Lucknow with a career spanning over 35 years. Prof Dr Anand Swaroop has worked in emminent institutions like Lady Hardinge Medical College (New Delhi), Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (New Delhi), Motilal Nehru Medical College (Allahabad) and others in various clinical and administrative capacities. He was the Head of Department of Orthopaedics for 8 years in GSVM Medical College Campus (Kanpur), where he also served as Principal and Dean for 5 years. He then went on to be the Founding Principal of GMC Jalon, Orai and GMC Saharanpur.
Prof Swaroop has been working on osteoarthritis and degenerative spinal diseases to develop affordable surgical alternatives for the last 20 years. He has more than 50 publications in national and international journals.
Dr Swaroop has been nominated twice for the AK Gupta Gold Medal of Indian Orthopedics Association, a testament to his exceptional contributions to the field of orthopedics. In 2017, he was awarded the prestigious KT Dholakiya Gold Medal for Corrective Surgery in Advanced Arthritis of Knee at the ROC Arthroplasty International in Mumbai, further solidifying his reputation as the best orthopedic surgeon in Lucknow.
